Forgot WiFi Password - I have forgotten my personal WiFi Password, what do I do?

There are a few options to get you connected. 

1. You will have originally received your wireless password in your welcome e-mail from FutureLabs when you moved in, so you can search for noreply@futurelabs.com.au.

 

2. You can log into the WiFi management portal at https://connect.futurelabs.com.au using your e-mail address that is registered with Scape (note: the password to log into this portal is NOT the same as your WiFi password, you can do a password reset for this portal if you need to. Inside this portal, your WiFi password is listed.

 

3. The Scape reception team have access to look up your personal password. Feel free to ask them for help and a copy of it.

 

4. Of course, you can always contact Futurelabs support using the support contact methods.
